As our country experiences an increased awareness and better understanding of the continued injustices and inequality endured by people of color and the need for sweeping change, Jim Vincent, President of the N.A.A.C.P. Providence Branch and Chair of East Bay Community Action Program’s Board of Directors, spoke on 10 News Conference.
