Family Outpatient Services:
Outpatient Services provides individual, group, and/or family counseling, evaluation, and medication support.
Hours:
Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 A.M. – 7:30 P.M.
Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.
Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
Services Offered:
Services for mild to moderate mental health or substance use, court ordered DUI treatment, urine toxicology, psychiatry, and peer recovery support.
Insurances Accepted:
Services are available to those who are uninsured or underinsured. Services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size*. In addition, Medicare, Medicaid, and all other 3rd party insurances are accepted. New patients are welcome.
*”Family size” includes all individuals living in a household related by birth, adoption or marriage. It also includes unrelated family members living in the same household who are supported by or are supporting a member of the family.
ACCESS and Intake:
All Behavioral Health referrals and calls are managed by our ACCESS department. Clients are screened to determine the level of care needed based on the services they are seeking. Clients experiencing acute psychiatric crises are prioritized and seen within 24 hours. General appointments are scheduled based on clinician and program availability. The program serves mild, moderate or severely ill people who require counseling and/or psychiatric care.
