East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Case Manager for our Youth Services Program at our Grove Avenue location in East Providence, RI.  The successful individual will have an opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of youth and young adults in the community who are 14 to 24 years of age. The Case Manager will be responsible for outreach/recruitment, intake, assessment, testing, developing individual service strategies, scheduling program activities, and ensuring the youth successfully achieves educational and employment/career goals.

The Case Manager position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service related field. Previous experience working with youth and young adults in a Youth Center and/or vocational setting is a plus.
