EBCAP is a premier Health and Human Services Agency. We provide Primary, Behavioral, and Dental Health services to 30,000 Rhode Island residents per year. We also provide Head Start/Early Head Start education and day care, youth services, skills training, and many social support services.  Our programs and services help people reach their full potential. In 2016 we merged with the East Bay Center (EBC). This has led to new career openings for people with diverse backgrounds and interests. EBCAP is licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health, and is certified as an Affordable Care Entity. Divisions within EBCAP are licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals, The Department of Children/Youth/Families, and The Rhode Island Department of Education.

EBCAP Accreditation

EBCAP is accredited by the Health Resources and Services Administration, The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
