East Bay Center

East Bay Center (EBC), a community-based lifeline of behavioral health services, provides: 24 hour emergency services/crisis intervention, counseling for adults and children, psychiatric services, medication prescription and monitoring, and substance abuse and opioid treatment services. As of January 1, 2016, the merger of East Bay Center with East Bay Community Action Program went into effect, and East Bay Center kept its name and familiar, caring staff, as a program of East Bay Community Action Program.

“The merger benefitted both organizations by providing East Bay Community Action Program clients and patients with greater access to behavioral health services and East Bay Center patients with greater access to primary health care, dental services, social services, and basic needs,” said Dennis Roy, East Bay Community Action Program President and Chief Executive Officer.
