Children & Youth Services

East Bay Community Action Program’s Children and Youth Services, provide support to children from before birth through age 25. Our programs focus to improve health, social, and educational outcomes through the strengthening of parent-child relationships, evidence-based curriculum, and skill development. A program like Baby Steps is a great place for parents to learn how their child develops. Head Start, Parents as Teachers and Healthy Families of America programs teach the importance of a child’s healthy development so they can grow and thrive!

Our goal is to help make access to a healthier life easier for everyone! We care for all residents of the East Bay, regardless of their gender, age, race, or income status.
