The Community Health Centers provide affordable health care to Newport County, Bristol County and East Providence residents. Services offered include: family medicine, pregnancy testing, immunizations, care for acute illness, health screenings and general community education and referrals.
Eligibility: Available to all residents of the East Bay. For those without health insurance, services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medical Assistance, RIteCare and other private insurances are also accepted.

 The Dental Center offers comprehensive dental care as well as emergency care. The following services are provided: fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, teeth whitening and cleanings.
Eligibility: We serve all Rhode Island residents. For those without dental insurance, services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. Medicaid, Delta Dental, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MetLife and other dental insurances are accepted.

 East Bay Smiles is an oral health prevention program offered to Head Start,Early Head Start, elementary, middle and high school children in the EastBay. Exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments and sealants are providedright at school and in a number of community based organizations. We accept most insurance including Medicaid; for those whohave no dental insurance there will be no out of pocket cost to the family.For children that require further treatment, such as restorative work, the service can be provided by the Molar Express or an appointment can be made at our Dental Clinic on Broadway in Newport, (401) 845-0564.
 Molar Express is a forty foot long dental office on wheels that was donated by Ronald Mc Donald House Charities of Eastern New England to East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) and two other partnering agencies - Thundermist Health Centers and Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP).The Molar Express services eligible children that attend participating schools, Head Starts and community programs. The Molar Express provides x-rays and restorative treatment such as fillings, root canals and extractions (all with parental consent).
